The owners are absolutely amazing we had a issue with our cars air conditioning and the owner personally took the boys to a mechanic shop to fix it. We asked for coffee in the morning and they made the most delicious latte and espresso for everyone and told us it’s on the house we don’t need to pay. Fint läge vid Pirinbergen. Bra spa-område inomhus, särskilt bastun och och ångbadet men också jacuzzi i stora inomhusbassängen. Utomhusbassängen kall och uppfriskande.
Breakfast is ok, the pool is great-the outdoor one is quite large and the water is warm even in the morning and in the evening, and it's clean also. SPA is kept to a minimum-sauna for a fee.

The hotel left me an impression of a family friendly. There were a lot of families with children and it was great. The atmosphere was so relaxing, the ambient was cozy, the food was awesome. We liked everything.

Awesome stay! I had a lovely time with my mom. Really relaxing in the middle of the nature and by walking distance to the city center otherwise you can be there in 5 min by taxi. The hotel is very beautiful, big, spacious, comfortable, clean, it feels like home. So many plants and very green. The service is great. Very nice breakfast and we had our lunches and dinners there and the food and drinks were really good. The room is very spacious, with a cute terrace and we could hear the water from the river which was very peaceful. The swimming pool is lovely. I definitely recommend and will go back there if I come back to Sandanski.

Everything. The best in Bulgaria.
Enjoy the spa, thermal water at very convenient temperature, and not smelling. It softens your skin and cures a lot of diseases. Qualified professional staff for massage, Japanese or conventional, cosmetics. Impressive view to the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming. No outdoor pool, but that is not a lacking point, you will not miss it, as the indoor pool is open to the terrace. Restaurant in-house, but in 10 minutes walking you find traditional restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere. The rooms or apartments are modern and comfortable, either in the main building or in separate smaller houses of the resort. Dobrinishte is 8km from Bansko centre, has different and more rural character, and nice cablecar for hiking up in the mountains. To be repeated, for sure.
From the staff, food, wine tastings, and property- this place had it all. The highlight of our stay in Bulgaria.
