The owner of this place were very nice, well prepared. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who'd like to visit the park.

Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.

Boasting a private beach area and views of garden, Seaside House and Aloha Bungalow is a recently renovated apartment set in Pahoa, 1.3 km from Kehena Black Sand Beach. This newly renovated house in the jungle has an expansive yard and is in a beautiful setting. Everything worked. There was good communication from hosts. The birds erupt into a cacophony at night adding to the magic of the experience. There's no TV. Kids had a blast catching lizards in the meticulously landscaped garden.

Location and facilities. We are a volleyball team and wanted a large room where girls could stay together. Also large living area and wrap around deck for leisure time. Girls were comfortable here and staff had plenty room too. Full kitchen facilities and dining area were ample. Easy check in and check out process. Jade and her team left us an aloha message with a nice box of chocolates. Communication with rental staff was excellent. Beautiful place for rest and relaxation! Mahalo nui

The porch and view are amazing. The big double doors that open from the living area were wonderful. There were toys and games for the kids. I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially families.
