Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. Facilities include a private cinema and a wellness centre. Hospitality was great. The staff, specially Mr. Marcel, Adrian and a young lay from the restaurant were outstanding 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). Everything was exquisite and very exclusive.

The restaurant serves fine seasonal cuisine with many products from local farms. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm. The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.

The property is non-smoking and is located 16 km from Titlis Rotair Cable Car. Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!

The view from the apartment of the lake was breathtaking and the interiors were also amazing with all the facilities provided. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment.

The balcony is huge, the underground parking was very handy, the shower pressure is great and the views around the area are spectacular. Thanks for having us Rene!
