I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

We stayed for 5 nights and loved everything. The couple who currently owns the property is so sweet and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations, it was clean, comfortable, close to family attractions and even had a car port. Would definitely recommend and stay again as soon as possible.

There was even a little kitchen which we did not use. Went to Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom which was only a couple of minutes away by foot.
