Very convenient to stores, recreation activities and beaches. Many restaurants in area to select from. Ground are beautifully maintained. I will book again at this motel.

Located just off Interstate 93, this motel is within a 10-minute drive of both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain. It features a heated outdoor pool, a large yard for campfires, and free Wi-Fi access. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee available at reception. The hosts are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Just a 10-minute walk from the village of North Conway, the Colonial Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and a picnic area. Cranmore Mountain is 3.3 km away. Wow! Pleasantly surprised! Clean as a whistle, large room, extremely comfortable bed. We stayed in the king size room in the back and I will 100% be back. Perfect roadside motel in great location. Knew it wouldn’t be the fanciest but honestly it exceeded my expectations, spent the next nights at a resort hotel on the mountain and had a better experience at the Colonial!

The couple who currently owns the property is so sweet and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations, it was clean, comfortable, close to family attractions and even had a car port. Would definitely recommend and stay again as soon as possible.
