I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

Surrounded by White Mountain National Forest, this North Conway, New Hampshire motel is 3.2 km from Conway Scenic Railroad and 2.7 km from the "village style" shopping and dining. Our room was superb, great surprise, stylish, comfortable, and lots of thoughtful touches. The facilities in reception were very impressive too

Set among native forests, directly on Paugus Bay, Birch Knoll is a family-run property overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. The room was clean and comfortable. The motel staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice view of the lake and I loved sitting out on the dock.

I had a great time in my cozy cabin. Once the heat got going to the cabin was perfectly warm and the bed perfectly comfortable. It was easy access and parking and a great view of the lake. It was winter and snowy so it was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and I bought a lot of chrismass presents from the stuff they had in the check in area.
