Was a little late to check in and the receptionist was so understanding of our situation we are so greatful for our stay! The beds were so comfy I slept like a baby. Even being on a main road it wasnt as noisy as I thought it may be. Would definetly stay there again in the future 😊

Captain Cook Motor Lodge offers modern ground-floor studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi access. Free on-site parking is available. All rooms offer a TV with over 50 cable channels. The outside appearance as we drove in was immaculate and the inside was the same. we have stayed in a few motels in gisborne and this was the best. will certainly stay there again

We loved our night here, friendly helpful staff, beautiful decor, very clean rooms, comfortable had everything we needed, managed to squeeze us in last minute, good location just up the rd from town, definitely go back next time we're there, recommended place to stay
