The owners, Art and Kim, were fascinating people and there was good food and drink next door. Quiet and comfortable.

Located in the centre of Te Hapara, this motel offers an above ground pool and a children’s playground for the whole family to enjoy. Free WiFi is provided. Good value, easy drive into town. We got a call asking if we'd like the aircon in when we arrived and cold water in the fridge. Guest laundry so we could wash our clothes.

Captain Cook Motor Lodge offers modern ground-floor studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi access. Free on-site parking is available. All rooms offer a TV with over 50 cable channels. Very spacious, close to the beach and most importantly super clean.

Guests at Senator Motor Inn enjoy free Wi-Fi and lovely harbour views from their private balcony. The property is a 2-minute walk from various bars, cafes and restaurants. BKs Palm Court Motor Lodge is a 5-minute drive from Gisborne Beach and Gisborne’s town centre. It offers barbecue facilities, free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Staff were friendly and allowed us parking with a trailer in their large parking area. Clean and quiet room. Restaurant next door looks good but didn't try. Definitely reccomend BKs to anyone staying in Gisborne.
