Services and facilities were above and beyond; absolutely exceptional. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The front desk receptionists were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to facilitate.

Great location, super cute and comfortable. The owners were very nice. The free breakfast was yummy. We made use of the free bikes on the property to go to Mua Caves and Bich Dong pagoda, and that was a great experience.

The location is beautiful and the rooms very confortable. We loved the breakfast as well as all the lunch and dinner options (with local and international options), everything was delicious! The location is very convenient, close to Trang An and Hoa Lu. They offered free bikes which is the best option to move between the different spots. The people are very kind and help in all they can. Overall, a perfect experience!

The showers and other parts of the property are built into the mountain. It is such a cool location! The staff is so friendly and hospitable.

Dunz had to be the friendliest guy we have met so far, and so helpful and obliging. We loved watching the monkeys climb on the mountain while we were having our breakfast, the peaceful sounds of nature while sitting outside our room and cruising around the area on a scooter just enjoying being away from the crazy energy of Hanoi. We really enjoyed this homestay, it was like a recharge during our travels here in VN. Very clean, great breakfast and really nice room, by far the nicest homestay we have seen in the area.
