We loved our stay at the bungalows, the owners were extremely helpful, warm and friendly and answered my many questions before our stay. We loved the nightly foot baths, and the breakfast was lovely with so much food including fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast. The accommodation is slightly out of town in a very quiet and pretty area, but just a short walk to the restaurants. We recommend using the complimentary bikes to explore the area, so quiet and beautiful.

The location is nice because it’s surrounded by mountains and out of the way of noise, you need to a bike to get into town though. Tony the dog is very cute! Breakfast has good options & also the room is very big!

I had an excellent stay this hotel in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The location was perfect, nestled in the scenic rice fields and conveniently close to major attractions like Mua Cave. We rented a motorbike from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the sights within 10 minutes. Since Ninh Binh isn't pedestrian-friendly, I highly recommend renting a motorbike for 200,000-250,000 VND per day. The staff were amazing from the moment I booked. They provided constant updates and made the airport transfer from Hanoi seamless. The price was the same as a Grab ride, but the hotel arranged a nice SUV for us. Housekeeping ensured our rooms were always tidy, with toiletries replenished daily. The reception staff were friendly and approachable at all times. Overall, the entire staff made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

Giving us some ideas to visit around based on what we like. Thank you so much :)) - the breakfast was nice and simple yet massive. Got 3 bahmi bread, jams, butter, yogurt, 4 kinds of fruits, coffee, juice, eggs. Very fulfilling. - gave us a large room with a great view. Room light design can change it to warm light which is great. - my partner had a horrible migraine before leaving and the hostess let us stay until late since the room is not booked. And make sure we have a lot of water! Keep giving us water to take on the road. - took us a long while to decide where to stay but we are very happy with this choice. Best view, great spacious space, nice breakfast and nice people From my partner: This is such a wonderful place and staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. Great location, wonderful family running the place. They were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super fresh and gave a great start to our day! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted each day with smiles from the family and everyone in the village, and we were so impressed how friendly and hard working the local people are. It was slightly unsettling for us to be in the area during Typhoon Yagi, not knowing what to expect. We decided to stay, and our hostess made sure all her guests were well looked after and comfortable. There were other much appreciated gestures - I celebrated my birthday there and was presented with a local treat from the family :) The property itself is very clean and tidy, in a beautiful setting. Not far from the Trang An boats - bicycles are free to use from the property, and mopeds easily arranged too. The pool was great, and the food was delicious! We wish the family all the very best for the future!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, you can rent scooters for 130,000 vnd, the pool is nice, rooms are lovely and the beds are extremely cozy.
