We had an unforgettable stay in this little corner of paradise close to Ninh Binh. Surrounded by peaceful lakes and impressive mountains, the place is meticulously maintained, perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature. Our cozy room had a direct view on the water, making the experience even more special. The family-run structure offers beautifully equipped rooms, with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Dungz assisted us with incredible professionalism and care. The property features a lovely garden adorned with charming lights, fruit trees, and a swimming pool. There’s also a nice patio where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast made with local products. The owners are incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing scooters and other services, as well as assisting with booking excursions and activities. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the most authentic Vietnam.

Location amongst the mountains, facilities, cleanliness and most most importantly the staff and the care they showered on us. Ms. KRUNG Is perfect loving caring host. She tool care of us like a mother. Since we were pure veg. She made sure she cooked amazing breakfast both the mornings plus she served us lovely veg dinner the night we had to leave for airport. She insisted we have dinner and leave and she didn't charge us for it. She made all arrangements of car for local sightseeing and airport drop at very reasonable price. Plus she arranged for room for evening after checkout for us shower and get ready for airport with no fees.We would love to go back there again. Thankyou so much Ms.Krung you are an angel.

Tot. - Amables. - Bon lloc i bones vistes. - Bungalow còmode. - La piscina. Ens van deixar una habitació després del check-out, ja que plovia i el bus ens sortia a les 22h de la nit. A més, ens van portar al centre i ens van regalar una ampolla d'aigua pel camí. Pots agafar la bici sense cost. Tenen un gos molt maco! Gràcies per tot. Hem estat molt a gust.

The homestay is run by a lovely couple and despite not speaking English, they made sure I felt like home. We communicated through google translate and managed to agree on everything we needed. I arrived very early in the mornig with the sleeper bus from Ha Giang and although it was still night, they came to check me in and let me to my room to have a few hours sleep. Since it's a bit remote place from the hustle and bustle of Tam coc and Ninh Binh, I always ate at the property, and the food was always delicious, and so were the breakfasts. The room was equipped with everything I needed, it was clean, comfortable and spatious. I could even use the air con as a heater since the days were a bit cold. So far it has been the best place I stayed in Vietnam and the owners are extremely nice. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the location, the sunny terrace and borrowed a bike to explore the area. When the weather is hot, there is a swiming pool to use with sunbeds as well. I will definitely come back when I am back in Vietnam. It's a great place to relax and get some energy! Thank you very much again for such a nice time and hopefully see you again soon.

La ubicació, les recomenacions de la Lan, l'esmorzar, la piscina, les bicis gratis i l'atenció rebuda. Està en una zona molt tranquil•la i amb bici és fàcil arribar als llocs més turístics. Hi hem estat molt a gust.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, you can rent scooters for 130,000 vnd, the pool is nice, rooms are lovely and the beds are extremely cozy.
