Il Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat è uno chalet situato a Volcano, a 16 km da Kilauea e a 9,6 km dall'ingresso del Parco Nazionale del Vulcano. We were able to spend two nights in the Eco Lodge (on the right of the property) in September 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful experience. Solar powered, filtered rainwater, a cute kitchen, a great bathroom, TV, gas oven... and the view of nature. Fantastically beautiful. In the evening we sat on the terrace and listened to the frogs' concert. We couldn't get enough of it. Agnes and Andrew have created an absolutely fantastic place to stay that we would happily recommend. We would stay here again and again. Ideal for relaxing and close to Volcano National Park. Communication with Agnes and Andrew was just great, contactless and very fast. Everything was perfect for us.

Il Cabins at Kokee sorge nel Waimea Park, a 9 km dal Waimea Canyon. In ogni cabina è presente una cucina completa. La spiaggia di Polihale dista 17 km. Very clean and no internet so needed to “turn off.”

Located in Waimea, Castle Waimea Country Lodge provides mountain views and free WiFi, 37 km from The Original King Kamehameha Statue and 48 km from Kohala Historical Sites State Monument. Comfortable, tasteful upgraded country motel. Very clean and lovely fresh furniture. Waimea was a great little town to escape the tourist trap of Kona and the run down Hilo. We wish we had spent our entire time on the Big Island here.

Set 18 km from Kilauea, Volcano Hale offers accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a shared kitchen for your convenience. The location was great and right by Volcano National Park. Super affordable and very spacious. Full kitchen made cooking easy. Everything exceeded expectations. Mahalo!

Lokahi Lodge has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Volcano, 16 km from Kilauea. It is a beautiful setting making it very relaxing. Loved listening to the rain and frogs during the night. The room had everything we needed and more. Will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to the volcano.

The location was beautiful, so relaxing, tranquil and still close to a town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We wished we got to do more of the classes /events on. Next time 😊
