The owner was a great communicator & super friendly sending us all the details the day prior to arriving. The place itself is so cosy, spotlessly clean and really just felt like home :) also loved how well equipped the kitchen was — and free wine and coffee was a very welcome touch! Would highly recommend. (Also, definitely try out the coffee shop 'Gato Legal' nearby for coffee & pastel de nata if you have chance!)

Located just 40 km from Girao Cape, Victoria Ocean View Room provides accommodation in Ponta do Pargo with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a 24-hour front desk. It was a perfect ending for our hike through the island. Wine, electric fireplace, and magnificent view to the sunset in Atlantic Ocean. The place also has a small pool with a view to the ocean, but it was too cold for us to try it. The housekeeper, Maria, was very nice and helpful.

Vila Maria Quinta 13, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, is situated in Calheta, 25 km from Girao Cape, 28 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, as well as 34 km from Marina... It was fantastic, beautiful property with very friendly staff.

Casinhas da Laurissilva has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in São Vicente, 21 km from Girao Cape. This place is ideal if you want to get away from bustle of cities. Location is probably the biggest plus - lots of trails nearby, peace and quiet. For such remote place the accomodation is suprsingly well equipped - pots, pans, cups, cutlery, dishes, microwave, coffee maker. Place was also clean and comfy - in short really great.
