Usually in other places the pictures are better than reality , here the reality was 2 class higher than we expected!

With very short notice, about a day, I was able to book a room. The shower was strong and hot! The bed and room were spacious and comfy, with a delightful balcony. The landscaping was gorgeous and well tended. The staff were friendly, courteous, and responsive to my needs. They were able to easily accommodate my special diet. When attempting to communicate with google translator was cumbersome, Brigitte referred me to an administrator who could respond promptly in my language, English. This kind person was able to deliver a printed boarding pass for my flight the following day.
