Beautiful chalet with a complementary private spa and horse riding. Very clean, which it's very important to me! Good complementary breakfast. I loved the juices and fruits the most but everything was good. Staff is very attentive to your needs. Keep in mind that all the complementary services need to be booked in advance to make the most out of your time there!

Located among breath-taking views of the Peruvian Amazon, Bosque Guardian Lodge is only 40 minutes away from the city of Tarapoto’s airport, in San Martin Region. The lodge was very secluded and perfect for being in nature and relaxing. The view from the Mountain View lodge was stunning. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the activities. We would absolutely recommend this lodge for some peaceful time in nature.

Situated in Tarapoto, PUQIO ECOLODGE features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes and a garden. Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain views. I had a very peaceful stay at Puqio! The area is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were lovely. Perfect place to relax and unwind. I hope to return soon!

Featuring river views, Villa Sebastiana Bungalows in Tarapoto features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. This is a private residency that was decided to be rented as a hotel, and you can feel it right away. The service is not smooth. Cleaning is not ok, no hot water, bath smelled from the first day, the breakfast was two eggs, one piece of bread, and some tiny pieces of fruits, which is ok, but definitely not the level of "lux bungalow". The enterence is "private" , meaning you arrive at the closed gate and have to call a manager, but the connection is off at that place so we had to come back to the main road to catch a connection. Then once you are at the property you are totally dependable on the manager. Whatever you want - just text him. But the internet is very bad and often off. The guy doesnt always checking the phone, as the proverb goes the first day the guest is a gold, but the last day they are a trash. The same is here! The territory is nice. That is it. As a traveller with an experience I can say that this place has a lot to improve and the manager is a young guy who is smiling into your face all the time but has soemthing else in his mind.

The staff (especially the manager Alex) were exceptional and really cared about the customer! Alex went out of his way to make special breakfast food based on my daughter's dietary needs. He also made a special lunch and served it to us at a private table on the water. We felt very special and appreciated!
