Amazing place right at Tambopata river. The hosts - Emanuel and Maricela, the kids and the parrot Antonia 🙂, are the best possible hosts. Always smiling, helpful, paying attention to every small detail. Emanuel cooked for us and the food was fresh from their farm. He also organized all our tours in the jungle. The huts at the river are very cute, with terraces, bathrooms, comfortable beds from which you have a direct view to the river day and night. Every day the hosts were cleaning. Their pet Manchas was adored by the kids who enjoyed the pool and the wildness of this place as much as the adults enjoyed its tranquillity! Best nights of sleep of my life! Only regret, I would have stayed longer!

Located only 3.5 hours from Puerto Maldonado city. (One hour by bus and 2.5 hrs by boat) This lodge is the only one inside the National Reserve of Tambopata. Free WiFi is featured. It was by far one of the best Trips we ever made. The whole experience , the staff and the biologists did a great Job to give the best experience someone could get. We will surely come Back.
