The service is incredibly nice, we felt very at home. We even got blankets to chill on one of the many couches when it got chilly in the evening. The pool is great, big and clean. The room was nice and generous. The food was incredible! Great portions and super yummy for an affordable price. They also had no issues preparing something vegetarian for us. We loved the breakfast as well, it was the best we had during our entire 2-month vacation.

Cosy rooms, exceptional hospitality and beautiful lookouts were just the beginning. As there was no available guide for the day we needed, the hotel manager took us for a short afternoon walk in the neighbourhood. He explained us everything we wanted to know and the day we finished at the hotel restaurant enjoying first-class meals made of local products. If going to the Colca canyon, "the Moonhouse" should be your #1 choice!

An absolutely exceptional experience! The ladies working there went out of their way and beyond for us and deserve a 12/10 rating. Amazingly beautiful scenery, great breakfast, and super comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We were served cocoa tea upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious meal in the afternoon. Because we had to leave early the next day (05:00), the staff made us a big and lovely breakfast at 04am. Nothing to say but a perfect stay!

O Llahuar Lodge possui um jardim e 3 piscinas termais termais abertas 24 horas. Está localizado a 3 horas a pé das Cascatas Huaruro e a 9 km da cidade de Canamaconde. The team welcomed us very warmly. We told them that our hiking shoes broke completely beyond repair during the hike to Llahuar and the owner was very committed in helping us - he made it possible that our larger backpack that we stored in Cabanaconde was brought to the lodge so we can retrieve other shoes for the resting hiking days. Beautiful place, good food, welcoming vibe!
