Everybody was super friendly and nice. The food was absolutely amazing and total worth the money. It was such a comfortable stay and we can recommend it to everybody.

Staying at Konsenda lodge a highlight of our Central America tour. The stay was extremely unique, off the beaten track and away from the tourist trail we stayed in a beautiful eco lodge which was built into the jungle landscape, waking up here to the sights and sounds of nature was incredible. Even when we were in bed we felt a deep connection to the outdoors. The hosts were amazing, we enjoyed jungle trekking in a extremely bio diverse landscape with experts teaching us about the nature of this incredible place, Abel was able to point out many sloths in their natural landscape as well as many frogs, we also learned about the forest. For us this encapsulated everything we wanted from visiting the Bocis Del Toro.

The tranquility of the place was wonderful. It's a 30 min or so boat ride from Bocas Town which is what we wanted since Bocas Town has turned into nothing but a party town with extremely loud music till 3-4 in the morning mid week thru the weekend. So it was wonderful. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Alondra went above and beyond for anything we needed. The food was amazing and fresh. They set up dinner each night on our patio for a nice quiet and intimate dinner. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay!

Such an exceptional location and accommodation! Being 2 minutes from the amazing beach, but at the same time living in the middle of the jungle was the top experience in Panama. Even though the house gives the natural rustic vibes, it has all the neccessary amenities and is perfectly thought through. We did not want to leave and for sure will be back again!

It's remote, but there're various activities available: kayaking, snorkeling, there's a chocolate farm nearby and a bigger hotel if you want to eat out. Owner offers dinner options and is a really good cook.

Good location, beautiful rooms with a sea view. Nice big beds. Lots of hammocks around the common areas. Private beach just few steps away. Bluff beach and paunch beach near by. Fully approved, 5/5.

Palmar Beach Lodge is located on the famous Red Frog Beach, within walking distance of the Bastimentos National Marine Park. The property features an on-site bar, restaurant, and a lounge. Amazing location, excellent jungle&beach vibe. Comfy and detailed personal space. Great hostel.
