Staying at Konsenda lodge a highlight of our Central America tour. The stay was extremely unique, off the beaten track and away from the tourist trail we stayed in a beautiful eco lodge which was built into the jungle landscape, waking up here to the sights and sounds of nature was incredible. Even when we were in bed we felt a deep connection to the outdoors. The hosts were amazing, we enjoyed jungle trekking in a extremely bio diverse landscape with experts teaching us about the nature of this incredible place, Abel was able to point out many sloths in their natural landscape as well as many frogs, we also learned about the forest. For us this encapsulated everything we wanted from visiting the Bocis Del Toro.

With sea views, Casa Cayuco Eco-Adventure Lodge is situated in Bocas del Toro and has a restaurant, free shuttle service, bar, garden and terrace. The tranquility of the place was wonderful. It's a 30 min or so boat ride from Bocas Town which is what we wanted since Bocas Town has turned into nothing but a party town with extremely loud music till 3-4 in the morning mid week thru the weekend. So it was wonderful. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Alondra went above and beyond for anything we needed. The food was amazing and fresh. They set up dinner each night on our patio for a nice quiet and intimate dinner. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay!

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Jungle Bluff Beach Paradise - Jungle House provides accommodation in Paunch with free WiFi and garden views. Such an exceptional location and accommodation! Being 2 minutes from the amazing beach, but at the same time living in the middle of the jungle was the top experience in Panama. Even though the house gives the natural rustic vibes, it has all the neccessary amenities and is perfectly thought through. We did not want to leave and for sure will be back again!

Jungle Paunch provides accommodation with a kitchen, is situated on the way to Bluff Beach in Paunch. Complimentary WiFi is offered. All units feature private terrace. Location in the jungle but close to beach. The design of the “treehouse “. Lots of wildlife.

With sea views, Nathylodge is set in Bocas del Toro and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. We stayed in Nathylodge for 3 nights and we were impressed by the warm welcoming of the owner Clarisse. She is amazing, kind and ready to help person! We felt like we came to friends. She also cooks incredibly tasty!! The territory of the hotel is very clean and tidy, a lot of green trees, flowers, grass. They take care of it very good. Also there is the private coral reef with amazing, beautiful corals. Lodges are good enough for 2 people, made in the province style, with big windows, big bed, hammock and two chairs to sit outside. Very clean, everything is new.

The food was amazing fresh healthy cooked to perfection. Snorkeling was available at no extra cost. It was absolutely beautiful stand up, paddle and inflatable Kayak was also available at no extra cost. The water was calm overall, it was fantastic I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

With Paunch Beach reachable in 300 metres, Skully's House offers accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a bar. Complimentary WiFi is featured throughout the property. Skully’s House is an amazing place, located on the beach quite close, but far enough from noises of the Bocas town (4km). Dorm rooms are designed and built very cleverly by The Pirate-owner, inspired by a pirate ship. Beds are in different levels with privacy. My bed had even curtains. How amazing is that? Skully’s 3 kitchens are very well equipped and a huge fridge helps when hostel is busy. I loved to enjoy my coffee on the terrasse over looking sea. You can observe Carenero and Bastimentos islands and, when waves are in Bocas, also brave surfers. If you are an early bird, you will appreciate Skully’s sunrises. I had many amazing moments there, like drinking signature cocktails in their pool, Bingo night and amazing dinner or meeting pirates Rhonda and Steve, very kind and fun-loving owners, they always check that you have all you need. You can rent 4 wheelers from the sister company, located on the site. I loved the freedom you can experience when driving. Bocas del Drago, jungle trail and Blue lagoon are just few places we explored on 4 wheels. Before renting, we had detailed and fun training and our skills were tested to make sure that we are safe. I loved the attention to detail and that mechanics are on the site, to ensure all rides are checked and ready. Don’t miss this place when visiting Bocas.

The rustic and ecological Tesoro Escondido Ecolodge Cabinas offers accommodation in Big Bluff Beach. Located in a secluded area of Colon, this property uses solar panels. The place is amazing! If you are looking for nature, choose this lodge. Since this is eco lodge, you’d find most of furniture is made of wood and stone, which adds a different atmosphere. There are 3 beaches the lodge - one little private cove, second at the entrance of the lodge and the biggest beach on the island is 300 meters away.

Palmar Beach Lodge is located on the famous Red Frog Beach, within walking distance of the Bastimentos National Marine Park. The property features an on-site bar, restaurant, and a lounge. Everything was just marvelous - the cabin was very comfortable and clean (and showering with rainwater was pure bliss), the food and drinks at the restaurant were to die for, the location in the jungle by the sea is spectacular, but most importantly, the staff are just wonderful! They really make this place what it is. Cecilio stole our hearts!
