Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. I met with an accident and when I went to this resort I was in clutches. We requested for a wheelchair and even though the resort didn't have one, they were very proactive in finding one for me by the next day. Staff was very thoughtful and friendly. Specially Putra and Lee. My physical condition was not the best to stay in a resort like this, however they made every effort to make it 'normal' to me and I do really appreciate it.

Set in Kampung Nyior Chabang, 6 km from Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre and 8 km from Telaga Harbour, Ranis Lodge features a restaurant, pool views and free WiFi. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ranis lodge. The villas are very nice and comfortable and so is the swimming pool area. Most importantly, Alif made our stay so much better! He's been great from the moment he welcomed us to the moment we left - be it for his kindness or all the information he gave us ranging from places to eat to activities!
