Vi blev modtaget med den største venlighed og med gæstfrihed udover det sædvanlige :-) Vi var på en fantastisk guidet tur i regnskoven, en helt fantastisk oplevelse, som blev arrangeret af hotellet :-) Maden var virkelig god!! Det var så lækkert! Noget af det bedste mad vi har fået på vores 3 ugers rejse :-)

Absolutely amazing, we stayed for 6 nights, and the stay at Vis ta Vie was the highlight our trip. A very cozy and neat villa, from the exceptional location, to waking up every morning two steps away from the beach to the most amazing hospitable staff. Abeetha, the exceptional boutique manager, and his team made us feel like home the moment we stepped in, Lahiru with his friendly service everyday, and Chef Roshan added to the magic with his outstanding breakfasts & exotic dinners. Absolutely the best place in town.

Rainforest Nature House ligger i Deniyaya i Matara-distriktet og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. its right in nature, super close to the forest reserve. super cozy, beautiful and tranquil place. the family who owns the place was super friendly and accomodating - they stayed up late and even made us dinner when we arriverad at around 11 pm due to issues with our drive there. both breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good, and they even made it all vegan since i wrote in the booking message that i am vegan! we went on a nice hike in the forest reserve with a friend of the family who is a tour guide(he was very knowledgable) and one of the brothers offered to come with us to help with translation since we were a bit worried about language barriers. may be good to know that there is no hot water but we honestly did not mind at all since it was hot outside

Mirissa Eco Hills ligger i Mirissa, 1,8 km fra Weligama-stranden, og har udsigt til haven, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. My stay at Mirissa Eco Hills was exactly what I needed! Located in a tranquil sanctuary of lush green foliage, I loved falling asleep to the sounds of nature outside. I arrived to a nearby bus stop and got a tuk tuk for the short journey to the accommodation. The owner Suronge is a delightful, accommodating and thoughtful host. He showed me where to walk to reach Mirissa, which ended up being a beautiful walk through the Sri Lankan countryside, a highlight of my stay in Sri Lanka so far. It’s not far, 20 mins walk. He recommended a restaurant to get the best and cheap Roti in Mirissa. In the evening Suronge even offered to pick me up some food or drink from the town as he thought I hadn’t eaten all day. Breakfast the next day was brought to my room at a time that suited me! I had delicious veggie roti, coconut pancakes, a banana and a pot of tea. There was a lot of love and care poured into the breakfast and it tasted delicious. Suronge was so kind, accommodated my check out time and ordered me a tuk tuk for when I needed it. The spacious room had a big four poster bed and a balcony that looked out to rice paddies. I enjoyed watching life pass by from up on the balcony. The bathroom had plenty of hot water too. My only wish is that I had more nights to stay here. Don’t hesitate, book this for your tranquil country side get away immediately. You won’t regret it! The value for money is incredible.

Located a 4-minute walk from Talalla Beach, Subhasha Summer House offers a garden, a lounge and air-conditioned accommodations with a patio and free WiFi. Had a great 2 night stay here. The property is very nice and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are also comfortable, and meals are served in a nice little interior living space. It's all very cozy. The hosts are also kind & helpful, and they prepared some delicious meals for us. We would come back here if we ever return to peaceful little Talalla :)
