This was one of the best homestays we experienced in Asia. The location is perfect—tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 5-minute tuktuk ride from everything you need. The room was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable space for us to unwind after our busy days. Although we didn't have much time to get to know the owner because our days were packed from dawn till dusk, Kalpa was always nice and friendly to us. He made sure to share useful information and went out of his way to help us with small gestures that meant a lot, like offering us an umbrella and helping us book a tuk tuk for an early morning departure. This gem of a villa is hidden through the tea fields of Hanthana, super close to Kandy. Sanjaya, the host, has done an amazing job in building this villa and does an even better job at being the nicest host ever. He welcomed us, gave us a lift with his own car a couole of times and even brought us breakfast twice and lunch once. 10/10 experience, would def come back!

The view was amazing and the service from booking to departure was really accommodating and great. Very caring host and caretaker, nothing was too much trouble as I was travelling with my family and needed to ensure it was safe and the menu worked with our special requirements. It was really good value for money compared to the other properties in the area. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again next time we come to the area. Loved our stay. We ate a couple of meals from the property and the caretaker gave us vegetables and fruits grown at the premises which was awesome. The property was very new and clean and the internet worked very well in all the rooms we booked.

The amazing views, the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and nice hotel. The pool was a big advantage for our kids.

There is nothing we didn't like about Stone Cottage. Beautiful Decor, Clean premises, Amazing landscaping, a very friendly and helpful caretaker and the added benefit of an amazingly sweet and friendly dog.

Ubytovanie The Cloud Resort sa nachádza v destinácii Kadugannawa 13 km od miesta Kráľovská botanická záhrada Peradeniya a 17 km od miesta Železničná stanica Kandy. - the location is just outstanding… the view from balcony is another level… this is a place to get relaxation.. unfortunately we could stay only for one day but highly recommended for a longer stay… the design of house is modern cum traditional with a hanging bed which gives slight swings and provide you a comfort to sleep… the highlight is chef - we had lunch, dinner and breakfast with them and the portion was big and lot of varieties…the owner Inthizar and butler Amjad both took care of all our needs and took us to a small hike nearby for a nice view… highly recommend to stay at the cloud resorts
