The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating when I unexpectedly had to check in late. The facilities were nice and modern. Food was excellent from the hotel, highly recommend the calamari.
Good selection of boards to use and the surf boat was an awesome way to get out for a surf.

I can only highly recommend this homestay. Jul and Nun are the nicest people I've met in Lombok. Nun makes really delicious dishes. The place is clean, quite location and perfect to shut noise.
Waterfall gates are around 8-10 min walk. I also did Pergasingan Hill hike which Jul arranged and everything including transportation, food, water was arranged for the hike. They also take care of dietary restrictions.

Comfy bed, big room with balcony and fantastic view and free awesome breakfast. Staff was super nice and helpful. Also lunch and dinner was very good. Location is great right next to gate 1 to entrance of Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls. So you can be early morning at the waterfalls before the buses arrive. We also booked scooter and taxi through the host Ita.
Gili Islands

The owner is lovely, really friendly and helpful. She also makes a fantastic omelette. It’s well located, 10 min walk to the beach but well away from the hubbub of the town. There’s a convenience store right next door and you can rent a scooter for a great price. My lodge was clean with a massive comfy double bed and air con. I wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked.
Our group was collected by Catappa staff from Bangsal Harbour and driven to the boat which took us to the lodge. The place itself is wonderful and imaginatively built. The staff and owner are lovely. Food was a good mix of local and Western and everyone enjoyed it. We went on a complimentary snorkeling tour around Gili Nanggu, Sudak and Kedis which is not to be missed.
This is an extraordinary, once in a lifetime place to stay. The three rooms in the lodge are thoughtfully designed, at peace with nature, and provide unparalleled luxury. I stayed here to unwind with my husband and it was a perfect getaway in the middle of the jungle. Also there’s a lovely yoga space that offers 360 views - perfect for sunrise or sunset yoga.
Perfect location, beautiful peaceful garden setting of the lodges but still right by the beach, and both village and turtle point at 10 mins walking distance. Great restaurant and very friendly helpful staff. Nice little touches when servicing the room. Easy to rent bikes, book activities, hiring snorkeling gear etc.
The staff were absolutely lovely! They went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. The lodge was spacious and really clean. Breakfast was also great. Would love to return one day.
A really quite and peacefull place inside the forest! The lodges are made of bamboo what we liked alot. We asked Ronie who works there for renting a motorbike and he accompanied us to the waterfall, showed us the black monkeys closed to the lodge and help us to book a taxi for the last day. We loved it and would defenetly come back again.
We stayed 4 nights at Bale Jukung and had a very good time. The lodges are located in a beautiful garden. The hosts have created a beautiful green paradise. You can drink coffee from their own roasted beans or taste the homemade honey. On Fridays there will be great live music.
