Aranka Tempasan is located in the most beautiful village overlooking rice fields and palm trees. The whole property is so lovely, designed with attention to detail, boasting the most beautiful plants and a garden. At dusk, there are dragonflies everywhere. The bungalow was spacious, with a sleek outdoor bathroom and a patio that directly overlooks the rice fields. Watching the sunrise over the rice fields was surreal! The host, Lina, is so kind and she, Gilan and the entire staff made sure our stay was perfect! They arranged a walking tour through the rice fields and a nearby weaver‘s villages for us with a local guide, which was super interesting! The kitchen staff even cooked special vegetarian indonesian dishes for us that weren’t on the menu. The jackfruit curry was divine! We had such an amazing time here and got to take in some of the natural beauty of Lombok. Thank you so much for having us! We will be back on our next Lombok trip!
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The family who owns the lodge is wonderful, incredibly welcoming and helpful. The view from the rooms is gorgeous overlooking a little valley of rice fields, and the food was great too! It was a really great experience. I would definitely stay again!
Amazing stay at Vanilla Garden. We spend just one night but wish could stay longer. Matt and Youssuf are wonderful people and host. We spend the day with Matt who showed us around Tetebatu and local activities.
Clean room, lodge in the middle of the rice field, nice breakfast with lot of choice.
Also, tried the gado-gado at the restaurant it's the best one
Thank you so much
A really quite and peacefull place inside the forest! The lodges are made of bamboo what we liked alot. We asked Ronie who works there for renting a motorbike and he accompanied us to the waterfall, showed us the black monkeys closed to the lodge and help us to book a taxi for the last day. We loved it and would defenetly come back again.
