Very accommodating when I unexpectedly had to check in late. The facilities were nice and modern. Food was excellent from the hotel, highly recommend the calamari. Good selection of boards to use and the surf boat was an awesome way to get out for a surf.

Jul and Nun are the nicest people I've met in Lombok. Nun makes really delicious dishes. The place is clean, quite location and perfect to shut noise. Waterfall gates are around 8-10 min walk. I also did Pergasingan Hill hike which Jul arranged and everything including transportation, food, water was arranged for the hike. They also take care of dietary restrictions.

We also booked scooter and taxi through the host Ita.
