Excellent stay, kind, warm, welcome. Exceeds our expectations. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful place close to nature, garden with oranges and lemons, mountain view. Very friendly and smart dog and cat on the territory, our 2 kids got really attached to. Location is good, close Kalyves beach, Kaurnas lake with turtles, folklore museum of Gavalochori. Home is really lovely, hosts put a lot of thought and care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space inside and outside of the house. We especially love the way it's decorated. ❤️

Our stay at Marcos’ place was simply magical! The peaceful, quiet location made it the perfect spot for a truly relaxing vacation. Watching the stars from the terrace each night was unforgettable, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by Marcos himself made us feel completely at home. His hospitality is unmatched! Marcos truly knows the island and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, breathtaking beaches, viewpoints, and hidden gems all around Crete. The breakfasts were fantastic, and we especially loved the traditional Greek coffee and the freshly made orange juice he served every morning. We are already counting the days until we can return to this little slice of paradise. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic, serene experience in Crete!

Set in Episkopí- Rethimno, Mikro Livadi Special Lodges - Has an Eco Salt water pool - 150m from the beach offers a garden and sun terrace. Chania Town is 34 km away. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Very nice original Crete family hostality. Excelent meals of good quality food raised by local farms.

The air-conditioned lodge consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are featured in the lodge. We got lost because the Google Maps location was totally off. Leftesis rang us and somehow managed to find us and took us to the accommodation. After a lot of stress, the Cave room was stunning. The facilities are excellent, and Leftesis was a superb host. We were a short walk 15 mins to the ferry, which was great as we had an early morning check-in for Santorini. This is a little jewel on Heraklion, and I can't recommend it highly enough. My wife loved it.

View from balcony was lovely overlooking sea. Bed comfortable. Shower powerful. Food delicious although would have like much more gluten free options especially regarding cakes and desserts . Spa was a treat and really helped with my painful shoulder, back and neck. Would definitely recommend safari trip of local area. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
The house is amazing. It's equipped with everything one would need for a long or short stay. It's located in a quiet and remote area on the mountain with an unbelievable view. Recommended!
It was in a remote area, the ocean was clear and clean. Overall it’s peaceful. Lovely staff in specifically the hotel.
The house was off a residential street on a narrow alley, so a really private and peaceful spot, complete with local cats. I prefer to lodge in old houses in old towns, and this property fit the bill. The kitchen and bathroom were adequate, bedroom really comfortable, and the rooftop patio a huge bonus. A perfect place to have a light afternoon snack, or a fat cigar and a drink in the evening.

Family Skamagkas were fantastic in every aspect. Mr and Mrs Skamagkas along with their two sons Marko and Giorgo are exceptional hosts with something special they offer to each and every guest. Not only made to feel at home, but a part of the family. Greeted with local delights as well as the odd BBQ thrown in the honor of all guests you quickly realise that this isnt any normal lodging. The facilities and cleanliness are top notch. Expectiations are exceeded and you are left with a very warm feeling. Highly recommended.
The hosts were such warm and caring people. Mary organized a quad safari trip for us, without me or my girlfriend doing anything. The location is great, it is just a few steps (literally steps) from the beach. Food and drinks at the bar was tasty and affordable. Our room was cleared everyday, including changing sheets and towels. We liked the pool as well. It is not very big, however sufficient enough when you want to cooldown after sunbathing. Overall, pretty much everything was great, thanks to Mary and the rest of the Anatoli crew.
Beautiful location very peaceful. , couple of beautiful beaches within a few minutes walk , peter was extremely helpful ,one quick message and all transportation was sorted for my stay. Highly recommend tersanas beach lodges.a hire car would be must if you want to get around.
