Bend in the River Lodge, Stratford-upon-Avon ligger under 1,6 km fra byens centrum. Der er en flod-taxiservice i løbet af dagen i nærheden af Lodge, som tager dig til lystbådehavnen. We loved the location, literally at the bend in the river!Loved the space and facilities. I must admit to being a little concerned as we had come from a huge place, but if you do as Rob and Denny do and stay tidy and organised it’s easy to stay in the lodge. The living room is comfortable with a huge t.v, excellent for hubby to watch football and tennis. He found himself more than a little distracted by the view however. The river, the swans, ducks and geese are the closest neighbours. The lodge has everything necessary for a great stay! The convenience store is incredibly convenient, right next door to the Crown pub which does a stellar Sunday lunch. The water taxi is a great facility, however it’s only about a fifteen/twenty minute walk to Stratford along Tiddington Road.
