Savusavu

Gecko Lodge Fiji is 5 minutes' drive from Savusavu Airport and 5 minutes' walk from Savusavu Jetty.
On the second day I was staying there, one of the owners of Gecko Lodge passed away. This place will be shut (at least the next months). They immediately gave me the Option to either stay or refund the remaining days without charge. Although I was staying only 2 nights there and 6 were refunded, Jeremy and Saras Family were incredible hospitable and made me feel at home inspite of the circumstances. Thanks Jeremy, Saroj, Natasha and Sunny for everything.

Vosa Ni Ua offers pet-friendly accommodation in Naindi, 12 minutes' drive from Savu Savu airport. Free private parking is available on site.
There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. A toaster and kettle are also offered. Towels and bed linen are available.
The view was fantastic of the grounds and the ocean. It sits on a very lush, green property. The room is very large, has a great couch, kitchenette and table with chairs. The bathroom is a nice size too.

Boasting water views of the emerald green river, Salt Lake Lodge features a a shared fully equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities. It is 20 minutes’ drive from Savusavu Airport.
Salt Lake Lodge is less than 15 minutes’ drive from the closest dive shop and restaurant. Savusavu town is 25 minutes’ drive away.
The location is stunning - on a tidal river that flows into a pristine lake. The lodge provided kayaks and tubes - and offered a variety of activities. This is a very eco friendly lodge. The staff were all wonderful. We were able to use the beautiful outdoor kitchen.
All the food was excellent. Chef Oscar Ramateau prepared fresh and delicious meals for us both days and even accommodated one of our parties extreme allergies. It's the perfect place for a small group. Six of us (3 couples) fit very comfortably there.
We completely enjoyed our stay there and would happily return.

Sunset Lodge is located in Savusavu. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
Some units are air conditioned and include a terrace and/or a seating area with a flat-screen TV.

This was a perfect place to stay for me and my partner, just minutes out of the town means that it is both convenient and quiet. The staff were super helpful and happy to check us in late after we arrived from the ferry. All in all a lovely experience.

We felt very at home with the warmth, care and attentiveness of the beautiful Serita and Ani. Naveria heights lodge is very clean and beautiful. Loved the views and quiet location
The lodge is in such a beautiful location overlooking Savusavu Bay. The staff were all very lovely and helpful.
If Savusavu area is the hidden gem of Fiji, Naveria Heights lodge and the surroundings are the jewel in the crown. A place of breathtaking view amids lush tropical vegetation, it urges you to slow down and embrace life fully. Everything was perfect - the view, the room, the breakfast, the hike in the jungle, the hike to the waterfalls and mud pools. Thank you, Sharon, for the experiences and creating this magical place that resonated deeply with me.
beautiful part of Savusavu, it was lovely being near the water and the lodge was so serene and tranquil. A Very relaxing and intimate stay. The staff - Oz, Simon, Lily, Leila, Maria and Solo - were the absolute loveliest people and made everything perfect. And the local animals - Olli, Coco and Kitty were very friendly too! we stayed in the Kingfisher lodge which was spacious and open which was fantastic.
The views are stunning at the lodge and the staff are friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was excellent and overall the stay was pure bliss.
Our stay at Salt Lake Lodge definitely exceeded our expectations! As there were only a couple of rooms, it felt like a very personal experience. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the included breakfast was amazing! Oscar the chef can basically cook anything you can buy from the Savu Savu markets. The rest of the staff, Solo, Simon, Mary, Lily, Oscar x 2 we all super personable and felt like friends in the short time we were there!
Gecko lodge is a great location with lovely views over the ocean and the bay. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful - with lots of information and recommendations for us - and every morning we had fresh bananas. Having a kitchen area meant that we could shop in the local market for fresh produce to prepare.
The lodge is built in a picturesque location. Beautiful kayaking to the Salt lake on one direction and to the ocean on other direction. Great place if you are looking for a relaxing stay and don't want to move around.
