Featuring an extensive garden, furnished terraces with natural pools and rainforest-mountains views, the eco-friendly Rancho Margot is 700 metres from Caño Negro River and 3 km from Arenal Lake. Very interesting farm tour. Delicious food made mainly from products from the farm. It's sustainable but still provides a good level of comfort for the guests. The pools are very clean. Overall, it's an absolutely amazing experience that is well worth the cost for anyone interested in sustainability, farming or self-sufficiency.

Essence Arenal is an ecological hotel surrounded by Tropical Forest that offers a wellness center to tourists, it is surrounded by gardens and beautiful views of Lake Arenal, the Arenal Volcano and... The food was incredible. World class cooking with ingredients sourced on location. The Cacao tour was also world class, sharing fascinating and thought provoking knowledge.
