This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Cool structure basically a Swiss chalet of sorts, very helpful staff. Helped me carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a solo traveler.

Situated in Ernen in the Canton of Valais region, Berghotel Chäserstatt features accommodation with free WiFi, as well as access to a sauna. I had one of the best weekends away ever. The hotel is in a very beautiful location with stunning views. I loved the ride to the hotel by the snow taxi. when we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and genuinely friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such hospitality where every single member of staff have been authentically welcoming. we felt looked after at all times. The food was delicious and I tried every single beer they had and some wine. the spa was a perfect way to finish our stay. our dogs loved the snow. we feel very relaxed and will definitely come back. thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.

Hotel Europe is located in the village Zinal, amongst the Swiss Alps and 400 metres from the cable car. Set on 1675 metres above sea level, this hotel offers a hot tub and rooms with a balcony. Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

Situated in the peaceful village of Grimentz amid the Wallis Alps, only 30 metres from the ski pistes and opposite the Grimentz - Zinal Cable Car, the Hotel Alpina features charming mountain-style... Unbeatable location if you are a skiier. As close to a ski in/out hotel one can choose. Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located. The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms. Restaurant and the staff were amazing. Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.
