Stalden
The air-conditioned lodge consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as a computer and an iPad are available. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Black Rock to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was top notch from the get go and didn’t disappoint in anyway. Otto the owner certainly pays attention to detail. He met us promptly at the accommodation with a bottle of wine, fully stocked fridge and detailed explanation of how to operate appliances, sauna, etc. Everything was spotless and quality built, which made for a very comfortable stay. In addition, the location is spectacular. Nestled in a mountainside close to Zermatt and Montreux it makes for a perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city or launching pad for a day trip to the Matterhorn. Upon checkout Otto surprised my husband with a parting gift, an assortment of Swiss beer knowing he was a beer connoisseur. If your travels takes you this way you must stay here!
Zermatt
This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect, the accomodation, location, staff, breakfast.
Bellwald
Set in Bellwald in the Canton of Valais region, Lärchenwald Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a sauna.

Zinal
Hotel Europe is located in the village Zinal, amongst the Swiss Alps and 400 metres from the cable car. Set on 1675 metres above sea level, this hotel offers a hot tub and rooms with a balcony.
Each room is equipped with a work desk and cable TV. Private bathrooms are also provided.
Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.
Grimentz
Situated in the peaceful village of Grimentz amid the Wallis Alps, only 30 metres from the ski pistes and opposite the Grimentz - Zinal Cable Car, the Hotel Alpina features charming mountain-style rooms with a balcony. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Everything was great at Alpina! It was a very cozy hotel at a very reasonable price. Location was perfect and literally right across the street from the gondola and walking distance to the grocery store, ski stores, and other restaurants. Hotel and restaurant staff was wonderful (especially Summer), the spa was amazing, ski room was very convenient, view from the room was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good. Also, no issues with noise - the walls seemed quite thick. The spa was a really great feature (and free!) - we would book the time we wanted to go the night before and it was the perfect way to wind down after skiing (steam room, sauna, hot tub, spa beds). We are very pleased with our experience staying here and will definitely be coming back if we plan to ski again in Switzerland. We have already been telling friends and family to come stay here! Beautiful mountain lodge located a short uphill walk from the centre of town. The small walk was worth it for the peace and quiet and beautiful views from the property, and the walk isn’t even necessary if you get a short taxi ride.
The lodge is so comfortable and the facility is good
The hotel had such a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and their coffee was amazing! AlpenLodge is off the main area but easily accessible and the views are amazing.
Amazing lodge! Not only was the view outstanding but the lodge got everything you needed to prepare a good meal and relax while enjoying the landscape. There is a small grocery shop at the entry of the village, but I will suggest shopping in town before reaching the lodge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alaia Lodge during a business trip to Crans Montana, and it exceeded all expectations! The lodge offers an ideal environment for work and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodation allowed me to concentrate on my tasks, while the practical facilities, such as high-speed internet and a well-equipped workspace, ensured my productivity. The professionalism and attention to detail of the staff really stood out, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful place in a very peaceful and remote area, so many exciting things to do near the holiday home. Can recommend it to everyone that just wants to catch a relaxed time and wants to enjoy the stunning scenery of Switzerland.
