Daniel and Hannah were so wonderful. This is a beautiful sanctuary up in the mountains on a coffee farm. The road getting there is paved until the very end, but they offered to pick us up if our car can’t make it up the last five minutes . The views are stunning, we saw toucans right from our house. There’s a beautiful waterfall on the property.
They also offered a very reasonably priced meal, which was an incredible experience. We were vegan and they were able to accommodate this easily.
Highly recommend this place.

The staff were phenomenal. They were so kind and helpful. We dealt mostly with David and Alejo, both of whom spoke really good English, and they were very genuine, interested, and nice. The other staff were also great and were happy to try to chat with us in our broken Spanish.
The food was really tasty. The ingredients felt high quality and the cooks were really good. The camarones con salsa de coco y ajo was especially good.
The cabins were really cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse, with plenty of monkeys and birds at eye-level while we lounged in the hammocks. The bed was comfortable and everything was kept really clean by the staff.

Very clean, Lili was very nice. She answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. I like that the room has a little kitchen. And it's located near the park it's about a 10-15 min walk. We enjoyed the room after the park. It's a very exhausting hike. The hotel is on the top of a little hill.

Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
We loved the people that work in the lodge. The welcome by Martha and Carla was lovely and the food made by David very tasty. Also the owner (Rafael) made sure that everything was fine. The garden is lush and green and a nice place to relax! Make sure to visit the cacao farm that is nearby, the tour is great and afterwards you get a chocolate face mask and fresh chocolate milk
