The staff were great - friendly and helpful. I was waiting to speak to the front desk staff, and a team member that had obviously finished and was saying goodbye to her colleagues, stopped and wanted to help me. I told her I was fine waiting and she could go. I thought it was great service.
I picked this hotel because I could walk here from Union Station and the next morning was a very quick walk to the bus station.
There was an on site laundry which was very useful.
Great location right near Union Station so it was very convenient for us to walk from the train to the property. L line stop was also super close so we could hop on the Blue line to get to places. The room was really well appointed with everything you needed. Very roomy and clean. Also liked that we were close to Greek Town and could get great food right down the street.
I liked the location, walking distance to Union station, eateries, tourist sites. An employee greeted me and showed me how to check in and get my key card, it was quick and simple. The room was modern, clean, and attractive.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed. Check in was easy and fast..Same goes to the check out. Love that they have filter water and provide a bottle for you to fill out in. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious to fit in our 3 luggages. We picked this hotel because it was located in front of the revival hall which has halal food options. The hotel was just a distance from the union station.
We liked the proximity to Union Station, the employees, the large updated room & bathroom, and their willingness to hold our bags after we checked out.
