Everything was spectacular! From the moment we dropped our car off at valet, we were greeted by the most welcoming, warm, and receptive people. The hotel itself has to be one of the most incredible places to stay in the entire city! What a view! The accommodations were high class and the ammenities were flawless. Thank you for upgrading us to the highest floor! We were blown away, and we will be coming back to Sable EVERY time we're in Chicago!

Great location right downtown, walking distance to Union Station And close to Metra And L transit. Staff was incredibly amicable And friendly. While it has the hallmarks of a old hotel it does not feel run down, the room was very clean And the water pressure was good. I would absolutely stay there again.

It's a 30 minutes walk from Union Station and a 20 minutes walk from Lyric Opera of Chicago.
The room was extremely tiny, but very well organized. Obviously a lot of thought was given to making everything functional. We liked the kitchen, the common eating and sitting area. There are good priced restaurants around. Very good price.
Conveniently situated for Union station and the "L" metro but that's about it. Reception staff very pleasant, unlikely to meet anyone else as no facilities offered.
