very kind and helpful employees. there is free water (also 1 small bottle per person every day). the room was big and very clean. 10 min walking from subway station in a very calm area. breakfast in the hotel is cheap and OK, but also outside by less than 10 min walking you will find cafes and bakeries.

Nice hotel, with helpful staff, in a superb location for MSG, Times Square, Penn Station (useful for getting to/from the airport), Empire State Building etc. Nice and roomy fridge that was very efficient.
I liked the hotel and found the staff really welcoming. I liked the design of the rooms and found the beds very comfortable. The food and beverage credit is super useful, and the pop up cafe is great. It definitely has a fun atmosphere and I found myself dancing in the elevator on more than one occasion! Location (particularly proximity to Penn Station) was awesome.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and had plenty of space and storage for two people. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of Penn station, Times Square and various other cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.
The location is great, within walking distance to Penn Station and all Midtown Manhattan attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable with a spectacular view - I mean seeing the Statue of Liberty from your hotel room? Amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.
The only thing going for this venue is the location to Penn station. See below for all the other issues experienced by my guest. I do not recommend this hotel - I am still trying to obtain a receipt which seems to be impossible. They do not respond to booking.com chat nor emails...
Excellent location, easy links to Penn station etc, really safe and clean hotel..very comfortable bed and a first rate shower.. staff were polite and helpful a place I would 100% stay again and would certainly recommend...5 stars....
Location is perfect if you like to stay in the center of Manhattan. You are minutes away from subway, Penn station, Times Square…..It looks like a really safe neighborhood. The rooms are very clean, so a great experience. They let us keep the luggage in the hotel till late fr free, as our flight was late at night. If I go back I will stay here.
The hotel is just a few blocks from Penn Station, and yet a very nice, immaculately clean boutique hotel. The service was professional and friendly. I would definitely go there again!
The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was as we had expected. As we used the train to get into New York the location of the hotel was excellent as it is very close to Penn Station.
I only staid one night before I moved to an apartment. The room met my expectations. It was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and hotel employees were friendly and professional. The hotel was in a perfect location, in walking distance to Penn Station. The hotel was value for money. The price was perfect for me.
