The hotel is very close to Penn Station (5 min walk) which was very convenient as we were staying here because of a long transit at Newark airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shared shower was spacious. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out.
Location fantastic, very short walk from Penn Station and easy walk to Broadway Shows/Times Square. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, only one morning out of five days we have to bring up to our room due to lack of space, really set us up for the day. Both elevators working, never had to queue for it. Got parcel delivered to hotel no problem, an extra hour added to our check out time and luggage held no problem. Very clean. Would recommend.

I would definitely return as it was in such a great spot and right by Penn Station which is ideal for catching the train to and from Newark International Airport.
The location is great - really accessible by subway both from JFK as well as Penn Station. 10 min walk to shopping on Spring Street. Not too busy so great for those who want to be a bit further from the hustle and bustle but still within easy travel distance to key sights. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, bed was super comfortable, and the heating worked great (important when it’s -5C outside!). The coffee bar downstairs was wonderful to grab that first cup of the day. Room was spacious enough for two.
It was easy to get to from either Penn Station or Port Authority.
Staff were amazing and the hotel itself was lovely. My bed was incredibly comfy and I loved the cookies and coffee in reception.
The hotel is at a prime location, near to Penn station and Felix bus depot. There are restaurants nearby and the subway is at a walkable distance. A coffee maker is available in the room.
Location was so good, everything was super close, especially Penn Station. From the hotel, everything in Midtown is walking distance. Room was very clean and were cleaned by stuff every day. Wifi was good, did not have any problems with it. Very modern and good looking hotel. Breakfast was good, a lot of things to offer.
