The room was a nice size for my daughter and I as we enjoyed Christmas in NYC. It was walkable to Radio City Music Hall, close to Penn Station, near Bryant Park...Great location.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Being able to sow our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out was a life saver. They were set up to do this effectively.
It was an easy walk from Penn Station. It is an older hotel in a location could not have been better for us. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was a reasonable size for NY. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a fridge in our room. The staff was vey friendly, and we had a good price (for NY). I would stay there again, next time we are in the city,
Besides the room being small, the hotel was in a great location to easily access any landmark you want to see in NYC. Right next to Penn Station. Walkable area. Restaurants and staff were great!
The hotel was in a location that was easy to get to from Penn Station (10 min walk), and somewhat close to the subway. Which we took over Uber that was way too expensive. ($95 to go uptown vs $2.90 subway). Clean hotel room that was quiet enough to get a good night sleep.
Hotel is located next to Penn Station. It is very convenient to move around. Room/bed very comfortable. We found everything we needed. The rooftop is a plus. It has a very nice view of the city.
The hotel staff who checked us in was amazing. He had great energy and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed having 2 queen beds. Also, it was nice and quiet on our floor. Great location for transit and walking to shops. Close enough to walk to Grand Central and Penn Station was a major plus.
It was a good location with a lot of options for food/grocery nearby. I liked the hotel had a theme, it made the stay feel unique. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the complimentary beverage/snack - that was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary water bottle and water refill station were appreciated. The pros outweigh the cons. I had a good stay and it was walkable from Penn Station. It is great for a short-term stay.
