Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

This is an excellent choice for a hotel in downtown Chicago. It is easily walkable to the riverwalk (and many great riverside restaurants) and the Navy Pier. The room had a beautiful view and was clean, elegant and commodious. The bathroom was clean with a great shower, and the bed was large and comfortable. Very nice terrace for drinks with a view. At the end of our stay, we walked to the nearby water taxi for a ride to Union Train Station to catch our train to Seattle - good way to see the city from the river!
Great location, short walk to the trains into the city.
Walked to Navy Pier and back via Lincoln Park and the Zoo, a long walk, but really enjoyed it.
Plenty of great neighborhood eating places.
Good selection for breakfast
Room was spacious and comfy.
Bathroom and shower were both clean and well-appointed
The location was easy walking distance to Hancock Tower, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile. The staff were amazing and took time to give me directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was excellent as well.
You can't find a better location in Chicago if you're looking for a lake view and don't mind being away from the downtown area on the Navy Pier. I really enjoyed looking at the skyline at night and sunrise above the lake from my hotel room.
Spectacular views from the 53rd floor
Plenty of room for all 5 of us
Convenient location near Chicago River, Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier
Polite doormen
Lots of supplies provided -
paper supplies, dishes. etc.
Very clean
The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.
Most recommended by me as it has excellent Chicago Review View (for upgraded rooms), On corner of Michigan Av Road and Boat rides. Central location from bean, Navy Pier, lots of restaurants. Excellent for Tourist as well quick business Tours.
Excellent Breakfast, Restaurant & Cafe within property. Plenty of me time spaces and work space on elevation 1. Energetic party zone looks nice. And Late night ice-cream for me works best
All time Safe zone, IMP when you are in Chicago
