Although the location was a little south of the action, it was very convenient to public transportation. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Made us feel special.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

Most recommended by me as it has excellent Chicago Review View (for upgraded rooms), On corner of Michigan Av Road and Boat rides. Central location from bean, Navy Pier, lots of restaurants. Excellent for Tourist as well quick business Tours.
Excellent Breakfast, Restaurant & Cafe within property. Plenty of me time spaces and work space on elevation 1. Energetic party zone looks nice. And Late night ice-cream for me works best
All time Safe zone, IMP when you are in Chicago
The hotel is located close to many locations like navy pier/ tilt ride and observation deck and many amazing stores. Their breakfast was amazing and hand many options. I was only there for one night which was disappointing, I which I had stayed longer.
Loved everything about this hotel, lakefront so you have direct of the river walk and navy pier from every floor. Central location and walkable to everywhere.
The location of this hotel is amazing. There is very little that is not in walking distance. Amazing restaurants, bars, convenience stores, the subway, Mag Mile, even Navy Pier. The service is fine. They were kind and attentive at check-in, we didn’t see anyone after that. The rooms are a good size, the bed is comfortable.
Great location, walkable to Grant Park, Art Institure of Chicago, and Museum Campus. Navy Pier is also walkable, but it could be a bit far for some (about 2 miles if one walks thru Grant Park and along the lakefront).
Breakfast was very good with many options. The location was perfect as we could walk to many places to see such as Navy Pier and Chicago River architecture cruise and close to many restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the hotel staff so friendly and helpful.
I loved the overall experience at this hotel! The valet parking was convenient and the workers were fast and kind! The hotel staff were professional and respectful. We loved our view and appreciated the complimentary drinks. We were able to have a fun day with our toddler at Navy Pier then sleep comfortably in our room.
The location of the property couldn’t be better. It’s central to the heartbeat of downtown Chicago — the Loop, Navy Pier, and the Magnificent Mile are all within a relatively easy walking distance.
