Great location on Michigan ave. Amazing old building. Busy spot for 5-7 after work drinks. Nice sitting area downstairs.
Tea and coffee and apples available in the morning. Never used terrace upstairs.
Featuring stunning views from every area of the hotel, this landmark building of stainless steel and tinted glass stands 92-stories above the Loop and North Michigan Avenue along the Chicago River.
Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge...

Within walking distance for shopping and tourism. Had an amazing city view on 15th with floor to ceiling windows. The porters were extremely friendly and pleasant.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

The view is breathtaking! Location in the heart of the Windy City, walking distance to Magic Bean and Navy Pier. Apartment located on 55th floor, spacious, spotless clean and elegant. Pure gold and I will do everything to come back again.
Room was very clean and we loved the view of the Navy Pier. Sunrise was gorgeous, and the blackout curtains let us decide when to see it! Staff and texting service were very helpful!
Very cute European style boutique hotel. Rooms are small and cozy, but have all the essentials that you need, i.e., a pull-down desk for a workspace, great shower, comfortable bed. 24-hour fitness center is also available. Location is great as well. Very close to the metro / public transport options and a fairly short walk to the Navy Pier if you're looking for a morning run. The staff are very friendly, too! They have DJs playing in the lobby area in the night and plenty of cute games etc. to socializing with friends!
The stuff works so hard. That’s why rooms are clean and safe. And every stuff is very kind. The location is nice. Red line is most convenient in any other metro lines. This is five minute’s walk to the red line station. If you are fun of MLB, you can reach to Chicago White Sox stadium in 20 minutes.
And you can go to Navy Pier easily by bus.I would like to come back again!
The ambience of the hotel was calming in a busy city. The artwork, the King bed, so comfortable, the deep bath was so relaxing after walking the streets all day . The location was central to galleries, parks, the Chicago River, Navy Pier, and close to public transport. Not to mention the friendly, helpful staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The location is perfect! So close to Navy Pier and the shopping areas. Hotel was really comfortable and clean and great having air-conditioning. Staff were very friendly. The bar had a nice selection of cocktails.
The photos online don't make the hotel look as nice as it is. The music theme is carried through out the hotel, with album covers in the elevator and a variety of music playing. Our room on the 13th floor didn't have a spectacular view - we looked into a car park and up at office building - but the room made up for it. We appreciated the seating area, large bed, and the nice shower. The area was also extremely walkable to the boat tour we took and the navy pier.
I love that the hotel was around a bunch of food and shopping malls. It was walking distance to some great areas. The navy pier was right by the hotel.
