This is one of the coolest hotels in downtown SF. This allows for people to not sit in their rooms, but hang out in the shared living spaces, even if they are individually busy with their own things.

We wanted to find it on our way to the Oakland airport.
We wanted to find it on our way to the Oakland airport. It was early morning and suddenly we were driving down the corkscrew road! It was so fun. My kids loved the experience. And doing it at sunrise was perfect!

We took the trolley from Ghirardelli Square up the hill to Lombard and walked down. I cannot imagine driving in SF. We saw several folks on Segways come down the hill. They looked like they had a great time. Beautifully landscaped area.

Convenient location right on Lombard Street. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, downtown SF still walkable (for good walkers). Golden Gate Park and beach close by. This is a motel type accommodation with parking space in ground floor and basement, rooms in first and second floor. Somewhat old fashioned rooms, but clean and well maintained. Good value if you include cost for parking with other hotels in SF.
The most incredible thing about it was the location. It is only a few miles away from the amazing Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, which are very well decorated especially at night. By the way, the property is sited in the famous sinuous Lombard street. All those attractions you may reach by foot or by public transportation, which is very efficient in the city. The room was cozy, the internet connection was amazing too and there were also free parking lots at the property which is a great way to save money in San Francisco.
Fantastic location for Fisherman's Wharf andGhiradelli Square. It's right on Lombard Street very near the curvy street. It's half a block from Van Ness , the main street for going to most important places in San Francisco.
Seaside Inn is a really reasonably priced motel. San Francisco is an expensive city and it is a good price. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was really clean, and you get a fridge and microwave. It is about 10 mins walk to Gharadelli square and 5 mins to the zig zag Lombard street. We appreciated a reasonably priced, easy place to stay in the city.
Great location on Lombard street close to a bus station. You can also walk to some of the landmarks and the ocean beach. It has everything you need - bathroom, comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, nicely furnished; free on-site parking. Excellent customer service.
I must say it’s a very comfortable budget property located off BusyLombard Street a bit of a hidden gem right at the intersection of Golden Gate Bridge so it’s a good location and you’re in the marina, lots of food and restaurants
Bed and shower both good and having a refrigerator is always good
