We wanted to find it on our way to the Oakland airport. It was early morning and suddenly we were driving down the corkscrew road! It was so fun. My kids loved the experience. And doing it at sunrise was perfect!

We took the trolley from Ghirardelli Square up the hill to Lombard and walked down. I cannot imagine driving in SF. We saw several folks on Segways come down the hill. They looked like they had a great time. Beautifully landscaped area.

The room and the hotel overall was super clean. It has a beautiful view which most of the hotels in that area do not have. It is also located in a very good area for tourists to visit places like Lombard street, Pier 39, Ghirardelli plaza. With nice weather these places are in walking distance.
The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Fisherman's Wharf and also colse to Lombard Street. Our room had a rather new microwave, which is incredibly convenient.
The large yard features 3 fire pits surrounded by charis, making it a wonderful spot to relax and unwind.
I also appreciated the self-service tea and coffee machine conveniently located near the reception area.
Additionally, there are several charming and unique seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment.
Good location, just 15 minutes walk to China town, and 20 minutes to Lombard street. Very clean. Parking for the car available. When I send a message, i receive the reply quickly with all the information in detail. Strong recommendation.
Great quality-price fare for San Francisco. The hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed regarding location, transportation, restaurants, and places of interest. The check-in/check-out process is fast and easy. Lombard Street is about 15 mins walk.
We were able to park our rented car for a day without any cost.
It is well situated on the Lombard street.
Apartment for 6 is on the third floor, so it has a slightly better view than the second floor.
But there's no elevator (which was fine with us, just so you know :))
This hotel is well located with shops, restaurants, Pier 39, Pier 33, Lombard Street and other cool
places within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Amazing location for exploring the city. Pretty much everything in walking distance. Lombard Street itself is also very nice.
The beds are very comfortable & stable (dont shake like a lot of hostel beds) and able to close them off with the curtain. Very convenient to charge phones etc., every bed has a little “tray” attached to the wall with power outlets and USB connections.
Overall the rooms were very clean.
