Lounge area with coffee was great. Kitchen was good. Beds are comfortable. Fireplace was nice although it was too warm to use it. The staff is excellent.

Brilliant cafe with organic and different foods, exciting drinks and smoothies to get the energy up for walking the bridge. You might want a mask for the fumes but it is great fun. Read the signs in the car park as there are quite a few break ins into cars so take nothing expensive to leave in the car.

Hotel is in a good area, safe. It is close to a major supermarket and multiple restaurants. It is minutes from the water where you can walk along the paths of the Marina greens and see the Alcatraz and Golden Gate Bridge. There is a safe in the room.
The room is clean and bed is comfy... the room (801) I requested in the 8th floor with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge was granted for my friend and her son visiting from the UK (The Brits)...it was spectacular😍😍😍 The staff are all friendly and accommodating... special thanks to Eva (Front Desk) and Shirley of Housekeeping for making our stay wonderful😊😊😊 Thanks/Salamat
The breakfast buffet; with real silverware (not common in US...) good order / quick service when to get sated during the breakfast. Very good fresh fruit.
Room: we had a 4th level room and had a view at a glimpse on the Golden Gate Bridge.
Location: we had only a short walk down to the Pier 33 for ferry to Alcatraz. Nice gym and possibility to take a run in the morning along the river.
Welcome service: very quick and welcoming.
This hotel has spacious rooms, friendly staff & well equipped washroom. The location is perfect, close to cable car, golden gate bridge viewpoints, malls & other shops/pharmacies. There is an on site parking garage which charges pretty reasonably.
The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was key to going to Union Square, Chinatown and North Beach. We were next door to the Continental and The top of the Mark which overlooks the city and golden gate bridge. You can hop on a cable car right outside to go to the warf!
Nice place, comfortable. The location is great, walking distance from Pier 39. IHOP is next door and there is a lot more restaurants around the area. Since is close to the Pier, u could easily get the boats to take the tour to the view the Golden Gate Bridge or Alcatraz
Lovely apartment! Spotless, comfortable, new and well appointed in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Just steps from public transportation, two blocks from Golden Gate Park, minutes from Golden Gate Bridge and a short drive from SFO.
The hotel was really nice when we first entered. It has everything my family and I needed. It’s clean and spacious. We got a room facing the street so we were able to open the windows and enjoy a nice breeze and a nice view. It was very enjoyable to hang out by the window. Traffic wasn’t very loud and we could see the tip of the Golden Gate Bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And this is where we will go back to when we visit San Francisco
