Very clean, accommodating staff, very friendly. Location was excellent. Right near multiple T lines for public transit and very close to the freedom trail start and Boston Common if interested in those activities. Perfect central spot for access to the north end as well as Fenway.

Beautiful, historic hotel at the heart of Boston. A wonderfully comfortable retreat along the Freedom Trail, it is conveniently located to walk to many of Boston’s historic attractions and amazing eateries. I definitely recommend the Boston Cream Pie, they invented it after all!
Location is excellent for walking the Freedom Trail and visiting downtown Boston via the ferry boat (daylight only), which is very inexpensive. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to store our carry on bags on the boat until we departed to the airport in the evening (nobody had reserved the boat that evening). Can take the water taxi or Uber to the airport.
The location of the hotel was very good. It was convenient to Quincy Market, and we walked to the Freedom Trail Walking tour that we took. The bathroom was remodeled and clean with a good shower.
Location. Location. Location! We walked everywhere. The hotel is located just minutes away from Fanueil Hall, Quincy Market, The Waterfront, areas of the Freedom Trail, Boston Common and Beacon Hill. Additionally, the Dagny is beautiful and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
This is a beautiful hotel located within walking distance to Newberry Street. We were able to walk to Fenway Park and to the North End to walk the Freedom Trail as well. The staff were so friendly. The suite we stayed in was elegantly decorated, yet comfortable at the same time. This hotel was definitely worth the price!
