Great staff & room! We ate dinner at the hotel, it was very good to us! Super great location for the Freedom Trail, starts right outside. Directly across the street is Granary Burying Ground with Boston Commons just down the street. Walked most of the Freedom Trail in one day. Lots of history!! Cool pub for dinner in drinks right next door and they even have a pool table!!
For Boston colonial history, the Parker House is tops for location, location, location. Right on the Freedom Trail. Beautiful historic hotel where you forget the sameness of the interstate exit hotels and simply enjoy a unique hotel experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Amazing room and amazing location!! 10-15 minute walk away from multiple subway stations and the freedom trail. The room itself is lovely, so cozy with a mini kitchen, couch, TV and window which lets in a lot of natural light. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was in a great spot right off the freedom trail. Nice views of the city. Walking distance to most attractions. The pool and fitness center was a hug hit with my teenagers.

Our room was great, and the bed was possibly the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. Great nights sleep! Hotel has a fun, hip vibe with great bell hops that are always happy and enthusiastic. Location is much more central than I expected, with direct access to the Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail.
Definitely a fun, comfortable hotel we'd stay at again, but the front desk service left much to be desired for the price of over $500 per night.
The location was perfect for the theater district, Boston Common, the Freedom trail, the WNDR museum and so much more. Going through Booking.com gave us tremendous value. We were allowed to check in early (like 11am) and it made our stay better because we could do so much more with that time!
The location is in the heart of the north end on the freedom trail with some of the best restaurants and historic sites that Boston has to offer. The modern suite was clean ,spacious and comfortable . The staff was friendly enough for Boston.
