The location was great, right next to the food market and close to the station. The bedroom was very comforatble and clean. We used the gym a couple of times which was also excellent. They also had bikes we could take out for free.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to multiple place like restaurants and the piers. When we did take an Uber or Lyft to a restaurant, it was usually less than a 10 minute drive to get there.

A 5 minute walk from Back Bay train station and eight opposite the shopping centre. The Aqua Ducks even leave next to the hotel.
If you want to ne in an area with all the cool restaurants and shops and close to the Freedom trail. This is your hotel.
The hotel is located in Little Italy, a neighbourhood full of restaurants and good vibes. Very close to all tourist attractions, practically on the freedom trail, and also very easily accessible from the airport or cruise terminal. The suite was big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great Hotel, Great Location. Vanessa at the front desk was very accomodating and gentle considering it was a very late 2.30 am check in. Proximity to the Freedom Trail and the main attractions in Boston Downtown area makes it a great place to stay.

The location was great. We were able to walk to many of the sights such as Freedom Trail, Newberry St, Boston Commons, and multiple restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel except for purchasing some small food items in its “convenience store” which was great for the teenagers.
The room was nice, felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Has a small kitchen with pots and pans. Parking is around back, for $30 per night. Close to Prudential Center and various T stops. We walked from Copley House across the Boston Common to the Freedom Trail and North End, then took the Orange Line from North Station to Mass Ave to get back.
We thought the location was great, within 5 minutes walk of Boston Common and the start of the Freedom trail (which we did on our first full day). Also 5 minutes from the tube line (in Boston Common). The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and helped loads with various questions. The lady at the bar on our first night was also great and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and we found larger than usual in cities and very clean (cleaned daily) with a really comfortable bed. Would stay here again when visiting Boston.
The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated in the heart of Boston, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions. Whether I was exploring the historic Freedom Trail or strolling along the charming streets of Beacon Hill, everything was just a stone's throw away.
