The rooms were great, very clean and so was the location. When I had an issue with my room (the bell & strobe light went on automatically at 830am in the morning), the manager was very quick to reach out to me to find a fix by changing my room to another suite. He seemed deeply apologetic and hands-on about such issues and said they would investigate the same asap. But overall the rooms were high quality, well designed & very new. The front desk was smart, very warm & checked me in very fast.

I caught the Ferry across from Sausalito to San Francisco and landed at the wharf of the Ferry Building. Great shops, cafes and restaurants inside the buildings. Beautiful fresh seafood plates as well.

The staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of piers, the ferry building, and other clutch stores like Safeway and Walgreens.
Great value. Walking distance to North Beach, Chinatown, Ghiradelli Square, even the Ferry Building, Pier 39 and Union Square. If you're tired of walking, take MUNI or the cable car. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. Bathroom is worn, but not terrible. Parking is free but tight. Larger cars can park on the second level. I live 45 minutes away, and stayed two nights with a friend. I would definitely stay here again since I just need a place to crash for the night. Butter and Crumble is just a few blocks away!
The bed was very comfortable and we were not charged for valet parking during holiday season. We did tip of course. The location is in financial district but without the aggressiveness of Union Square and was close enough to walk to it. We walked to Chinatown, ferry building in the morning and we loved it. The staff provided us with umbrellas and had water, coffee and fruit in the lobby. Very nice touch. I know I run a small inn.
Easy to walk to from SF ferry building, close to public transportation and sights. Comfortable, clean with friendly staff. The breakfast is a bonus and is hearty.
They were very accommodating and gave us an up grade to a suite for only $100 when it was normally $300 upgrade.
We had a beautiful view of the bay and Oakland Bridge. Also right near the Ferry Building where you could watch the ferries come and go. Very near loads of great restaurants.
Hotel also gave us 4 free waters for the two of us and free appetizers that were over $42.
Can’t wait to go again.
Beautiful downstairs area/ Lobby. The Gym is great. The Ferry Building next door hosts a great farmer's market on the weekends. Easy to get to where we needed to go in the city.
It was a great stay. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and location was great. A couple of minutes from the ferry building, with several good options within walking distance. Away from the strikes that were happening in town. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
I love this hotel. I stay here every time I come to San Francisco, the bay and Holden share bridge are right outside the door. The Ferry building right down the block. The hotel staff are always welcoming, the rooms are spotlessly clean. It’s close to BART and MUNI, restaurants, stores. The best.
Good location - under a 10 minute walk to buses and the ferry building. Safe- good security measures in place such as having to scan card for elevator. Self-service check in was convenient. Water refill station on every floor was wonderful. Baggage storage after checkout was helpful.

Why would you want to do that?
Why would you want to do that? The people are wonderful, the city is compact, dense with wonderful things to do. But if you need breathing room from time to time, visit the Palace of the Legion of Honor, or walk the Embarcadero from the Ferry Building to AT&T Park, or walk on Ocean Beach. You are never far from something wonderful to do.
