Best decision we ever made. We changed our hotel reservation at the last minute to stay here as we were worried about some bad reviews at the place we had originally booked. The hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable and so unbelievably well looked after. It’s in A great location, the staff are amazing and our room was incredible. As first timers in the city we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were staying as the last leg of our trip up the coast as a family and celebrating my partners birthday. It’s a stay we’ll never forget!

Great location with welcoming staff. This hotel has an apartment/hotel feel. We had a two bedroom, two bath and kitchen. Ticked all the boxes and was very central for the tourist attractions. Hotel was quiet so if you are looking for this sort of a set up then check it out.

I caught the Ferry across from Sausalito to San Francisco and landed at the wharf of the Ferry Building. Great shops, cafes and restaurants inside the buildings. Beautiful fresh seafood plates as well.

We selected Nob Hill as our neighborhood for our stay in San Francisco, and this hotel proved to be an outstanding choice. Located just a few minutes' walk from both Chinatown and Union Square, it is also conveniently situated near the Ferry Building and other city attractions.
The hotel's highlight is undoubtedly its breakfast, which is both diverse and generous, served in their inviting pub area. The surrounding neighborhood is notably quiet and safe, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration.
The staff were lovely, they let us check in really early and looked after our luggage after we checked out. Everything was very comfortable and I loved the Malin & Goetz cosmetics. Location was perfect for us, just on the Embarcadero basically opposite the Ferry Building.
Location was pretty good - close to union square, for HOHO bus, cable cars & shopping and just a short walk to the Ferry building.

Location is awesome, right next to the Ferry Building, and walkable to Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 33 (will walk past Exploratorium too). The whole city is fairly walkable tbh.
Room was fine, but the room we got didn't have a view (we knew that on booking - so please set your expectations when choosing room type).
Breakfast - it's just a quick self-serve continental (Coffee/Tea/Juices plus muffins/doughnuts/croissants) but exactly what we needed for a little energy before heading out for touristy things.
Rooms were lovely and spacious, we had a rollaway bed in one room, included in the amenity fee. Free upgrade on booking.com to balcony view rooms. Super location for the Embarcadero and the Ferry building where we went everyday for some food options. Best gluten free bakery for our coeliac daughter. Trams and underground went from outside in every direction, including ball park, union square and wharf. All walking distance too if you prefer. Very safe and clean area.
The family room is actually two rooms and two bathrooms joined by a little hall. Beds super comfortable. Location quiet but easy access to all the sites and a quick walk to the ferry building.
Location, staff, few blocks from downtown, Bart metro Civic Center is right across the street. I have come here regularly up to 4 times a year for 12 years, good value for money. It is walking distance to Ferry Building, Financial District, Chinatown/North Beach, Japantown and many other attractions, countless restaurants, Caltrain station (in case you wanna go South towards Palo Alto, Mountain View, etc.).
excellent location right opposite ferry building, with easy transport to fishermans wharf and oracle park for baseball within a a blocks walking. location felt safe even after dark
not cheap but balcony room with bay view was worth the upgrade.

Rent a bike from near the Ferry Building, bike through Market St., go west through the Hippie street, Golden Gate Park, then up the west coast alongside the beach, up the hill to Golden Gate Bridge, then either cross the bridge and bike more or down the eastern side along the Piers and back to Ferry Building to return the bike. You can also take a Ferry back from beyond the bridge if you are too tired. Full day trip totally worth it!
