I liked the daily morning breakfast. I also enjoyed the all day access to hot tea or coffee. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location to the beach was a plus. I definitely would stay at this location again.

Beautiful sand and warm water; If here in very warm weather, bring your own water to drink as easy to dehydrate and there's a huge parking area so a bit of a walk to actual beach areas. The sea water is lovely and warm with sandy bottom, and the coastline area is relatively uncrowded generally.

Massively over-developed.
Massively over-developed. Although our hotel was close to the shore, we couldn't actually get to the sea as so many houses had been built in between. Was further from the Kennedy Space Centre than we had expected so I wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Sherry. If it weren't for her, I don't think we'd keep going back without trying other spots on Cocoa Beach. Sherry creates the mood, environment, and welcoming feelings for a relaxing trip. Sherry is one of the most customer-focused people I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. In addition, other staff members have treated us in a friendly, respectful, and courteous manner.
Kudos to whoever decided to hire Sherry. A business is only as good as its people.
We have stayed here several times and love the location with easy access to the beach and sparkling pool. The hotel is next to the Cocoa Beach Pier and a block away from a shopping center. Breakfast is included and plentiful.
The hotel is beachfront, very next to the Cocoa Beach Pier, you can go there by walking. They have an excellent breakfast with a great clean space and a lot of variety of food. The pool is nice and clean. The room is spacious and clean. Wi-Fi works fine. You have to pay for parking ($10) and pay $100 for deposit, but they refund you if is everything ok with your room.
You will not find anywhere better on the beach, especially if you prefer a family-owned business over a chain hotel. We rarely stay anywhere else when we come to Cocoa Beach. The decor, landscaping and outdoor spaces make this place unique. No pool means no noisy party scene - just peace and quiet, the wind and the waves, and the sun and the moon. You forget where you are for a while.
It was a good in between locale for cocoa beach village and the cocoa beach pier. The trolly that goes up and down A1A has covered stops on both sides of the highway right in front of the hotel.
The attached bar was pleasant, and the food and drink were well priced,....loved their bbq flatbread.
Great location, near downtown Cocoa Beach and many restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean, with well-stocked kitchen, laundry closet, and bathrooms.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices, front desk staff was friendly and super helpful, pool was great with lazy river - plenty of chairs AND umbrellas (most hotels don't have enough umbrellas at pool), nice selection of snacks and drinks at pool bar, really nice that they had complementary beach chairs, umbrellas AND carts for trips to the beach. Great location - one block from beach, and one block from gigantic RonJon surf shop - a must-see when you visit cocoa beach! This hotel has a cool boutique hotel vibe not like the big chains.
