really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very clean and comfortable, good facilities too, great seeing our cruise ship in the morning when we woke up, plus point, breakfast was exceptional, I especially loved the warm cinnamnon buns, they were delicious, we jhad a wak to the beach too which was about a 10 minute walk but the beach was awesome and would definately consider staying here for a few days next time, the experience here was one we all enjoyed

Beautiful sand and warm water; If here in very warm weather, bring your own water to drink as easy to dehydrate and there's a huge parking area so a bit of a walk to actual beach areas. The sea water is lovely and warm with sandy bottom, and the coastline area is relatively uncrowded generally.

Massively over-developed.
Massively over-developed. Although our hotel was close to the shore, we couldn't actually get to the sea as so many houses had been built in between. Was further from the Kennedy Space Centre than we had expected so I wish we had stayed elsewhere.

This is our second stay at Cocoa Beach Hotel. We booked again to stay for a few days before our cruise and this time we booked 2 rooms as we were a party of 10.
The rooms are spacious with balconies, coffee machines, and very comfy beds.
There is also a great selection for breakfast and overall the hotel is great value for money.
We loved the pools and spent a lot of time swimming, and the beach is just a short walk away.
I would highly recommend staying here. Especially as a pre or post-cruise stopover.
Amazing staff!! We had a one night stay in Best Western Cocoa Beach before our cruise. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. My friend accidentally left her AirPods on the bed when we checked out. She discovered this shortly after and when we returned the staff and management went above and beyond to help her locate them. They searched the room, the laundry and they were eventually found amongst bedding in the washing machine! Can’t praise the staff enough! Thank you all!
I checked in later Evening & was greeted by female staff member in Reception. (Efficient check-in, all questions answered & info given..)
The Room was quiet, a good size/space; very comfortable Bed. I appreciated having a Balcony that overlooked Cocoa Beach & Pier.
I especially appreciated the Bath & having this option in a Room.
Great little drive from Melbourne airport - good parking in quiet area of Cocoa Beach. Great bird and animal viewing. Upstairs room with nice patio with chairs overlooking small beach. Nice room with comfy bed. We loved it here and gave us a chance to look around Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island with Black Point wildlife drive. So we had a busy time but some nice relaxation here. There were kayaks to use but it was a bit wavy so we declined. It's a lovely spot.
An amazing attitude towards the customers! You can feel this everywhere: at check-in/check-out, room, breakfast. Free coffee and tea in room and in the hotel hall. Colorful overall hotel design - which we liked. Close to the Cocoa Beach - just some 3-5 minutes walk.
Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice showers.
Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!

I love Cocoa Beach suites the rooms area very spacious they feel more like a little apartments instead of just a room I have been there 3 times already this year and planning a few more trips back before the end of the year and I will book my stay with Cocoa Beach suites for sure and I love that the parking area is under cover like parking in a carport keeps the sun from heating up your vehicle.
The bed is super comfortable, the shower is nice, the room is big. The staff is the best. The hotel is located in front of Cocoa Beach Pier. There is a nice pub very close. A Publix 5 mins walking. Liquor store and restaurants walking distance.
