Low rise properties, lots of restaurants and Bars of all kinds. Everyone friendly and helpful. Easy access to Port Canaveral, to view Rocket launches, to watch cruise ships, near the Kennedy Space Centre, the Warbird Museum, Shopping, Wal-Mart and all sorts of shops, City of Cocoa, Near Titusville. I had a Rental Car and could cruise around for miles and miles North, South and West sightseeing. Best Breakfast, Southern Charm, Diner, IHOP. Dinner, Tokyo Steakhouse, Longhorn. Seafood, Port Canaveral any.

Price was way too high. $327 plus tax for 1 night. Nothing special about the room. Didn’t like that we had to walk outside to get to the elevator.TV system dated. We stayed on the pool side which can be noisy because of the people/kids. Also that side has a very large waterfall which is loud. If you like “white noise” for sleeping then that’s ok. Not for me. Breakfast was excellent some patrons were rude of course. Value for the money a 5 at best

We had a great time at coconuts.

We had a great time at coconuts. Also went to Heidi's Jazz club and enjoyed their entertainment of Dana and Sharon. If you haven't seen them, you really need to they are incredible. It was very windy the days we stayed so we only walked to the beach. The pool area was great. Bar has great beverages.

Good place to stay with many beach access points but be aware $5 parking per hour unless you go to Lori Wilson State Park which has free parking all day. The beach is very long with sand dunes which you cannot enter. Occasionally subject to tidal movements small troughs in the sand when wading out into the sea can catch people out suggesting it is deep but just needs to be negotiated with care. You are able to see Cape Canaveral from any part of this beach with launches happening frequently.

My sister and I needed a break and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and floating around in the pool. The hotel was right on A1A and a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping (grocery and such) literally minutes away in either direction.

Cocoa Beach Pier does not have many restaurants or stores.

Cocoa Beach Pier does not have many restaurants or stores. Disappointing. Not worth visiting. Ricky Tiki restaurant was good. La Quinta Inn Ocean view room can see launches but those hotels near pier does not have many restaurants. Liked Coconuts on the Beach and Florida Seafood restaurants. Kennedy Space Center was nice to see. Allow more than 4 hours. Do Bus Tour first. Two days is enough. Area is boring. Next time I will stay in Orlando and take an uber to the Port Canaveral Cruise Port.
