My sister and I needed a break and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and floating around in the pool. The hotel was right on A1A and a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping (grocery and such) literally minutes away in either direction.

Cocoa Beach Pier does not have many restaurants or stores. Disappointing. Not worth visiting. Ricky Tiki restaurant was good. La Quinta Inn Ocean view room can see launches but those hotels near pier does not have many restaurants.
Liked Coconuts on the Beach and Florida Seafood restaurants. Kennedy Space Center was nice to see. Allow more than 4 hours. Do Bus Tour first. Two days is enough. Area is boring. Next time I will stay in Orlando and take an uber to the Port Canaveral Cruise Port.

LOBBY IS IN A SEPARATE BUILDING, BREAKFAST IS IN A SEPARTE BUILDING. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES CARRYING HEAVY LUGGAGE TO OTHER BUILDINGS CAN BE A CHALLENGE. ROOM RATE EXTREMELY HIGH FOR TYPE OF ROOM. WE STAYED IN A KING ROOM IN BUILDING B. BOTTOM FLOOR VIEW OF PARKING LOT.

As a female solo traveller, I felt comfortable/safe in the area; & at the Hotel.
I stayed in this location mainly due to its reasonably close proximity to Port Canaveral, (where I needed to board for a Cruise).
Had considered staying in Orlando; however, I am glad I switched to Cocoa Beach!

We just wanted a peaceful mini vaca, and the Best Western made it happen, even though it was only for one night. We were in W. Palm Beach, left that place early because it was awful! We were driving home to Daytona and wanted to finish out our vacation. Cocoa beach was on our way home. Great decision!

There is a lot of construction and upgrading in the area.
There is a lot of construction and upgrading in the area. So not very pretty right now. But in the near future it should be quite nice. We didn't let that bother us. We had lots of things to do and see.
The staff is so friendly! They are also professional and helpful. There was a good amount of space in the suite. No problems with the bathroom functionality; nice hot shower. Even though my room was very near the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all as it sometimes can be in other hotels.
We loved being near the ocean and the landscaping of the property. And it was within close driving distance to the many restaurants in downtown Cocoa Beach. The other guests were pleasant and helpful.
Eunice was a great host. The place is in a great location and the best bang for your buck. We visit cocoa beach often and will definitely be booking with Eunice again.
