I had a Rental Car and could cruise around for miles and miles North, South and West sightseeing.

Price was way too high. $327 plus tax for 1 night. Nothing special about the room. Didn’t like that we had to walk outside to get to the elevator.TV system dated. We stayed on the pool side which can be noisy because of the people/kids. Also that side has a very large waterfall which is loud. If you like “white noise” for sleeping then that’s ok. Not for me. Breakfast was excellent some patrons were rude of course. Value for the money a 5 at best

We had a great time at coconuts.
We had a great time at coconuts. Also went to Heidi's Jazz club and enjoyed their entertainment of Dana and Sharon. If you haven't seen them, you really need to they are incredible.
It was very windy the days we stayed so we only walked to the beach. The pool area was great. Bar has great beverages.

Good place to stay with many beach access points but be aware $5 parking per hour unless you go to Lori Wilson State Park which has free parking all day. The beach is very long with sand dunes which you cannot enter. Occasionally subject to tidal movements small troughs in the sand when wading out into the sea can catch people out suggesting it is deep but just needs to be negotiated with care. You are able to see Cape Canaveral from any part of this beach with launches happening frequently.

This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!
I loved the view! It was truly an oceanfront view. We stayed in a junior suite that had large windows in the front and side giving us both an ocean and coastline view. We had a sitting area and semi -wall that separated the bedroom. The water in the shower got heat and felt great. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was ok and typical of what most hotels offer. The suite was clean. I would definitely recommend The Best Western in Cocoa Beach Florida.
It was a very spacious and a very clean room with comfortable beds, so it was really nice to stay there. There was a little fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I forgot my hair conditioner at home, so was very glad to find shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, very good bagels and really good waffles. The territory was also very nice, green and clean. There was a park and entrance to the beach right opposite the hotel.
